WeHelp Services acts as a platform connecting customers with verified service professionals. We provide the following services:

• Professional painting services for residential and commercial properties
• Comprehensive cleaning services including deep cleaning and maintenance
• Plumbing services for repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Electrical services by certified electricians
• Tile grouting and restoration services

Service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Upon booking:

• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS within 24 hours
• Service providers will contact you to confirm the appointment
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time
• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 2 hours in advance
• No-show charges may apply for cancelled appointments without proper notice

Payment terms and conditions for all services:

• Pricing is transparent with no hidden charges
• Payment can be made via cash, card, or digital payment methods
• Service charges are due upon completion of work
• Additional charges may apply for extra materials or extended service time
• Refunds are processed as per our refund policy

WeHelp Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage. However:

• Customers are responsible for securing valuable items during service
• Any damages must be reported immediately to our customer service
• We are not liable for damages caused by customer negligence
• Service providers carry their own insurance for work-related incidents
• Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Ensure safe access to work areas
• Be present or have an authorized representative during service
• Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
• Report any issues or concerns immediately
• Pay for services as agreed upon completion

Our cancellation and refund policy:

• Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled service
• 25% cancellation fee for cancellations within 2-4 hours
• 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 2 hours
• Full refund for services not rendered due to our fault
• Partial refunds may be considered for unsatisfactory service
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

In case of disputes:

• Contact our customer service team within 24 hours
• We will investigate and attempt to resolve issues amicably
• Mediation services may be used for complex disputes
• All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction laws
• Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in appropriate courts

WeHelp Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
