We ensure all our service providers are verified, trained, and committed to delivering high-quality work. However, WeHelp Services acts as an intermediary and the actual service is performed by third-party professionals.

Booking and Scheduling

Service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Upon booking:

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS within 24 hours
  • Service providers will contact you to confirm the appointment
  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 2 hours in advance
  • No-show charges may apply for cancelled appointments without proper notice
Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions for all services:

  • Pricing is transparent with no hidden charges
  • Payment can be made via cash, card, or digital payment methods
  • Service charges are due upon completion of work

  • 25% cancellation fee for cancellations within 2-4 hours
  • 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 2 hours
  • Full refund for services not rendered due to our fault
  • Partial refunds may be considered for unsatisfactory service
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Contact our customer service team within 24 hours
  • We will investigate and attempt to resolve issues amicably
  • Mediation services may be used for complex disputes
  • All disputes are subject to local jurisdiction laws
